Frequently asked questions

Does BlueMonitor require an account or internet?
No. The app works offline and does not require sign-in.

Can BlueMonitor repair my screen?
No. BlueMonitor is a diagnostic tool only. It helps you identify possible display issues; it does not fix hardware defects.

Why do results vary?
Display defects can be easier or harder to see depending on brightness, ambient light, and panel type (LCD vs OLED). For best results, test in a dim room at medium to high brightness.

How do I report a bug?
Email poymaza@gmail.com with your device model, iOS/Android version, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots are helpful.
