This Privacy Policy describes how Roman Parmen ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in BlueMonitor, a mobile display diagnostic app for iOS and Android (the "App").
BlueMonitor is designed to work offline. The App does not require an account, does not show ads, and does not sell your personal information.
We do not collect, store, or share personal data through the App.
BlueMonitor does not collect:
The App may keep minimal, temporary information in memory while it is running — for example, whether an on-screen hint was already shown during the current session. This information stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is cleared when you close the App.
BlueMonitor does not persist personal data to cloud storage or external servers operated by us.
The App is intended to work without an internet connection. On Android, the App may declare the Internet permission because of the underlying mobile framework. BlueMonitor itself does not send your personal data to us or to third-party analytics services.
BlueMonitor does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Apple App Store and Google Play may process information according to their own privacy policies when you download or update the App.
BlueMonitor is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Because we do not collect personal data through the App, there is usually no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete. If you have a privacy question, contact us using the email below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are posted here.
